Our May meeting was primarily a workshop with member Emily Doane, but we also had a bit of business to cover.
- Our 2017 quilt show opened Friday, June 2 and will remain on display June 5-30, Monday through Friday from 9-5 at The Emporium (100 S. Gay St., Knoxville, TN).
- The KMQG is hosting a workshop with artist/designer/quilter/author Sherri Lynn Wood on July 9 from 1-7 p.m. There are a few spots remaining ($90 for members, $110 for non-members), so contact modknoxville@gmail.com ASAP to reserve your place. The workshop will take place at our usual meeting location, Westminster Presbyterian Church at 6500 Northshore Dr., Knoxville, TN.
- Butterfly blocks in cool colors for our next Restoration House quilt are due June 17.
- Our next meeting is Saturday, June 17 at Westminster Presbyterian Church at 6500 Northshore Dr., Knoxville, TN. Social start at 10:15, official start at 10:30.

spring mini quilt challenge, "Down the Rabbit Hole," presented their quilts and inspiration.
